About Us

Acorns to Oaks Learning Center is a child care center for mindful parents in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. We are committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment for infants (8 weeks) and children up to eleven years of age. Our curriculum emphasizes educating the whole child from our Infant program to our Pre-K program.

Our Teachers & Staff

All of our staff members are carefully screened prior to hiring and possess CPR/first-aid certification.

Our teachers are required to attend skill-enrichment workshops on a regular basis, as well as participate in educational seminars during the year. This helps us remain current in all the key areas that matter most to you and your child.

The Children Under Our Care

Developmental Support Program

Acorns to Oaks Learning Center provides a one-on-one support program for children who may display some challenges in a particular area or areas of their education. We address difficulties in communication skills, letter and number identification, handwriting, social skills development, and behavioral conflicts, as well as addressing separation anxiety. We partner with parents to provide consistency in the home as well as at school. Our mission is to have our kids prepared to meet the challenges and expectations of Kindergarten when they graduate from our program.

Our Memberships

We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau and The Keystone STARS program. The Keystone STARS is dedicated to the improvement of young children’s well-being with a focus on quality education and developmental services for children from birth to age 11. Acorns to Oaks Learning Center has achieved STAR Level 2 of the Keystone STARS Program.
